Freed From The Law
Romans 7:1-13
A primary subject of Romans chapter 7 is the work of the law in our lives. Once we have been exposed to the law, it becomes active in our everyday thoughts. For example, if we see a sign that tells us “Don’t Touch, Wet Paint,” we suddenly have a tenancy to disobey. So too the law or the 10 Commandments arouses sin in our hearts and often we engage in a tug of war between God’s demands and our sinful nature. In the conclusion of a study called, “Freed From The Law,” Pastor Jack will point out that our solution is life in the Spirit. Here’s our teacher with today’s lesson.
