Dead To Sin And Alive To God
Romans 6:1-14
One major accomplishment that Jesus achieved from His death upon the cross was to liberate us from the power of sin over our lives. Prior to conversion, we are kept in bondage to sin, but through the power of a new life, we can then choose not to yield to the sinful habits of the past. To illustrate, Paul uses the example of death and life to show the necessity of availing ourselves to become instruments of righteousness to God. Our study which begun last time is called, “Dead To Sin And Alive To God” and is centered in the first fourteen verses of Romans chapter 6. Here’s Pastor Jack.
